It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Eaton of Forest City, Missouri, born in King City, Missouri, who passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Lamaster and Daisy Wanita Eaton (Murphy); his daughter Julie Ann; his siblings, Verlin, Terry, Eric Eaton and Marjorie Moody; and his son-in-law Jeffrey Beers.

He is survived by : his niece Linda Scroggins; his wife Pat; his pet Duke; his children, Jim Eaton (April) of Oregon and Joy Beers of Forest City; his grandchildren, Rilee Peters (Brandon), Shelby Townsend (Caleb), Karley Derr (Cutler) and Zach Beers (Bonnie); and his great grandchildren, Alexis Peters, Braxtyn Peters, Jada Townsend, Brantley Townsend, McCormick Derr and Madison Beers.
