He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon White and Regina Sizemore; and his brother-in-law Tom Mahaney. He is survived by: his wife Debbie White; his daughters, Shelby White (Christian Daen) of Columbia, Devyn White and Campbell White of Foristell, Missouri; his sisters, Pam Mahaney of Herculaneum, Missouri and Donna Byerly of Herculaneum, Missouri; his parents-in-law, Dave and Liz Paltzik of White House, Tennessee; and his siblings-in-law, David, Kim Paltzik of Arizona, Pam, Joe Tong of Georgia, Alana and Jeff Anderson of Tennessee. He is also survived by husband, brother, and ultimately a proud father to his three beautiful daughters.
