He is survived by: his daughter Karen Lewis (James); his grandchildren, Mikayla Everman of St. Louis, Noah and Rheanna Lewis of Wentzville; and his sibling's children, Gary Stahlhut (Sue) of Troy Illinois and Gayle Nungesser (Alan) of Troy Illinois.
