She was predeceased by: her child Cheyenne Shives; her parents, Frank B. McMullen Sr. and Helen Geraldine McMullen; and her siblings, Frank B. McMullen Jr. (Edie) and Jerry Dwayne McMullen.
She is survived by: her children, Ernie Washburn Jr. (Andrea) and Carrie Washburn (John); her grandchildren, Jesse McFadden, Austin McFadden and Zachary McFadden; her siblings, Joyce Dixon (late Lloyd), Bill McMullen (Charlotte) and Ken McMullen (Sandra); and her siblings' children, Helen McMullen, Thomas Dixon (Norma), Barbara Perkins (late Timmy), Frank B McMullen III (Jennifer), Jason McMullen, Jessica Burns (Brian), Kelli Ransford (Michael), Kristina McMullen, Katie McMullen, Bill McMullen II, Brittany McMullen, Bryan McMullen, James McMullen (Michelle), Tamera McMullen (Sean) and Austin McMullen.
