He is survived by: his wife Donna Cate; his children, Matt Cate (Beth) of Tebbetts, MO, Laurie Rapp (Chris) of Bowling Green, MO, Lisa Lane (Kevin) of High Hill, MO and Becky Wiss (Jeremy) of Warrenton, MO; his sister Velma Hale of Collinsville, ILL; his grandchildren, Caileigh (Zeke), Hanna (Jonathan), Makenna (Jacob), Ryan, Emily, Cody, Kyle (Kylie), Caleb and David; and his great grandchildren, Ariel, Charleigh, Montana, Paisley, Presleigh and Rapp.
