She is survived by: her husband Ed Hawkins; her daughters, Julie Anderson (John), Jodie King and Jennie Davis; and her stepchildren, Rod Hawkins (Mary), Rachelle Klocko (Scott) and Ryan Hawkins. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
