With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charlene Eggleston (Forsyth, Missouri), born in Brownwood, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 24, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Charlene farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Charlene is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Harriss and Mary Harriss (Browning); her husband Larry Dale Eggleston; her stepdaughter Kristi Knopp; and her brother Melvin D. Harriss.

She is survived by : her stepson Steven Eggleston (Julie); and her daughter Eloise Shippey.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel (16560 US-160, Forsyth, MO 65653). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
