She was predeceased by: her grandson Ashton M. Hagey. She is survived by: her sons, John R. Hagey (Kristina) of Forsyth, Missouri and Kevin D. Hagey of Forsyth, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Taylor Brower, Emily Shipman, Madison Hagey, Katie Wilburn, Tyler Hagey and Tyce Hagey. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Kathy's name may be made to Christian Action Ministries C.A.M.
