He is survived by: his wife Linda Hicks; his sons, Jeff Donathan (Amy) and Darold Donathan (Shannon); his grandchildren, Alli Sargent (Jacob), Joseph Donathan, Sam Donathan (Raegan) and Caleb Donathan; and his siblings, David Donathan and Paula Piper (Gordon).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruegg Funeral Home-Greenville (117 Oak St, Greenville, MO 63944). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the New Prospect Cemetery.
