He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Wilburn and Ollie Marie Wilburn (Jones); his wife Darlene; his son Scott Wilburn; and his brother Wayne Wilburn.
He is survived by: his children, Dean Wilburn and Darla Kelly of Forsyth, MO; and his sister Kay Stockman of Chillicothe, OH. He is also survived by five grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Snapp Cemetery.
