Sherman Anderson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherman Anderson of Forsyth, Missouri, who passed away on June 29, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Sherman is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Sherman's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Anderson and Polly Anderson (Coker); his former wife Shirley Johnette Anderson Fraidenburg; and his children, Jeffrey Aaron Anderson and Emily Jeanne Tarter.
He is survived by: his sons, Reed Anderson of Excelsior Springs, Bret Anderson of Seattle Washington and Bill Anderson of Forsyth; and his siblings, Earl Anderson (Barb) of Powersite, William (Karen Anderson) of Forsyth and Flo Cummings of Walnut Shade. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Snapp - Bearden Forsyth Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel (16560 US-160, Forsyth, MO 65653).
