She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tate and Anzie Tate (Simkins); her husband Rolland Mapels; and her children, Randy Lugenbell and Marsha Goodsell.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Lugenbell of Brookline and Sheyla Nunn. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren.
