He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Downs and Adelle Downs (Dehn); and his son Tim Downs. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Downs; his daughter Wanda Downs; and his grandchildren, Brandy Barton, Jimmy Cole, Becky Stevenson, Jesse Cole and Melissa Lattin. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and six siblings.
