He is survived by: his father Gary Battles (Judy Wolf) of Syracuse; his children, Delayna Stover (Kenton) of Tipton, Emma Barnes (Derek II) of Maryland and Brock Battles of Tipton; his sister Jennifer Steward (Todd) of Centerview; and his grandchildren, Adalee, Derek III and Della.
