Though Billie Joyce may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Billie Joyce touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett "Smoky" Settle and Hazel Settle (Kemp); her boyfriend James "Jay" Palmquist; and her siblings, JD Settle, Kenny Settle, Nancy Rauls and Mary Kennedy.
She is survived by: her sister Dorothy Miller; her nephew Bruce Miller; and her nieces, Cynthia Crawford and Nancy Estes. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
