She was predeceased by : her parents, Silvester Mills and Neoma Mills (Yount); her sister Mary Elizabeth Mills; her nephew Kevin Foster; and her brother-in-law Jerry Foster.
She is survived by : her siblings, Dennis Mills (Kathy), Patrick Mills, Marie Foster, Marcella Mills and Pauline Lockhart; and her nieces and nephews, Katy, Adam, Rusty, Becky and Jesse.
