He is survived by: his wife Heidi Pingel (Alvord); his children, Alan Pingel, Lisa Downing (Joe), James Pingel, Richard Pingel, Jason Pingel, April Starkey (Jaden), Rahkeem Mitchell, Savanah Jones and Janet Jones (Trevor Haas); and his brothers, Timothy Pingel and Darren Pingel (Carrie). He is also survived by thirty-three grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren.
