He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch Radcliff-Barton and Alma Radcliff-Barton (Woods); his wife Marsha Barton (Hughes); his son Jamie Turner; and his brother Donald Barton.
He is survived by: his siblings, Danny Barton, Monroe Barton, Mary Conway, Steve Barton and Janice Coffman; his son Bradley Turner; his grandchildren, Tiffani Ely (Justin), Nikki Williams, Ashley Turner, Julia Turner, Zelda Turner and Anthony Turner; and his close friend James "Toby" Young. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Adams Cemetery (467 Wortham Rd, Park Hills, MO 63601).
Born on Friday, September 15, 1950, in Wortham, Tooter was a beloved son, brother, father, and grandfather whose lifelong contributions to his family and community will never be forgotten.
