He is survived by: his children, Niki Wann (Sam White), David Hollinsworth (Samantha Goesmann) and Melissa Robertson (Andy); his grandchildren, Kaimen Hollinsworth, Kyle Hollinsworth, Dylan Rea, Madison Rea, Ally, Ziva and Xanastasia; his brothers, Robert "Rob" Lewis (Michelle Burkard) and John Hollinsworth; his aunts and uncles, Stanley (Donna Eye), Elaine (Marvin Mercer), Boyd (Doris Eye), Ronnie (Millie Eye) and Cleo Eye; and his pet Cash. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
