He was predeceased by: his parents, Telly Pinkley and Zola Pinkley (Vance); his son Gregory David Pinkley; and his siblings, Donald Maurice Pinkley, Margaret Darlene Miller, William Daniel Pinkley, John Gerald Pinkley, Sharon Mae Henson, Kenneth Wayne Pinkley, Dorothy Elaine Adams and Robert Franklin Pinkley.
He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Jenice "Cindy" Pogue; and his grandchildren, Craig, Leslie Mills, Drew Pinkley, Manar Alhamdy, Kara Pinkley, Aaron Pieplow, Elliott and Lincoln Mills.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Follis & Sons Chapel (700 Madison Plaza Dr, Fredericktown, MO 63645). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
