She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron James Hale and Mary Lorraine Hale (Connor); her husband Ronald Van Stevens; and her son Jeffery Stevens. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Hamilton (Craig) of Poplar Bluff and Amanda Potton (Jason) of Old Hickory, TN; her grandchildren, Carter Rogers of Myrtle Beach, SC, Macie Rogers of Old Hickory, TN, Ethan Hamilton (Lindsey) of Patton, MO, Riley Hamilton (Janae), Jake Hamilton of Poplar Bluff, Lauren Hamilton of Cape Girardeau and Kurtis Stevens of Herculaneum; and her sister Linda Spain (Wayne) of Fredericktown. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
