She is survived by : her children, Thurman Cecil Shaffer (Brigitte), Sue Pogue (Roger), Carol June Shaffer, Cheryl Lynn Long and Geneva Pauline Shaffer; and her sister Ruth McDaniel. She is also survived by grandchildren, and eleven (11) great-grandchildren.
