She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Joe Hinkle; her son Alan Joe Hinkle; her siblings, Gene Whitener, Larry Whitener and Thelma Whitener Pope; and her son-in-law Mike Sanders.
She is survived by: her children, Clark Hinkle and Deborah Hinkle Sanders; her daughter-in-law Retha Hinkle; and her grandchildren, Jesse Sanders, Staci Lee, Zeb Sanders, Joni Figge, Thomas Hinkle and Darrell Hinkle. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; and 6 great great grandchildren.
