He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Olan and Opal Mae Guinn (Forsythe); his wife Sharon Kay Guinn (Smith); and his siblings, Donald Guinn, Delores Mann, Betty Barker, Ronald Guinn, Peggy Hovis and Donna Harper.
He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Stevens (Doug); his grandson Alex Stevens (Angie); and his great grandchild Sophie Stevens. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
