He is survived by: his wife Donna K. Pirtle; his children, Timothy Pirtle (Alisha) and Christy Rayoum (Jason) of Farmington; his siblings, Joe Pirtle of DeSoto and Bessie Brooks of Farmington; and his grandchildren, Lily Price (Joe), Levi Pirtle (Reagan), Katie Pirtle, Jacob Pirtle, Blayne Rayoum and Ashlyn Rayoum.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Follis & Sons Chapel (700 Madison Plaza Dr, Fredericktown, MO 63645). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
