She was predeceased by : her parents, Everett "Smokie" Settle and Hazel Dorothy Settle (Kemp); her husband Johnny Lee Rauls; and her sisters, JD (Kenny Settle) and Mary Lou Kennedy (Dorothy "Dolly" Miller).

She is survived by : her children, John (Deborah Rauls), Terry (Janet Rauls) and Mary; her son-in-law Mike Shryock; and her sisters, Billie Palmquist and Margie Young. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
