He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Gale Slinkard and Lily Mae Slinkard (Rhodes). He is survived by: his brother Hobart Gale Slinkard, Jr.; his spouse Gerde Delores Denman of Marquand; his daughter Dee Ann; and his grandsons, Samuel Joy Eastwood (Jaclyn Blasch) and Erik Eastwood.
