He is survived by: his daughters, Hollyanne Endicott, Mickey Yount, Tabitha Pease, Michelle Endicott and Dawn Endicott; and his siblings, Tommy "Tucker" Usher and Theresa Hartke (Usher). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
