He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" White and Dorothy White (Hutchison); and his grandson Seth Thomas Starkey. He is survived by: his wife Donna White (Ferguson); his daughter Rhonda Starkey (Scott); his grandson Isaak Starkey (Mackenzie); and his brothers, William David White and Sherman White (Leona). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
