It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Arthur Banks Jr. of Fredericktown, Missouri, born in Greenville, Missouri, who passed away on April 26, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Arthur Banks, Sr. and Mabel Evelyn Banks (Hinch). He is survived by : his wife Jo Ann English; his son William "Chip" Arthur Banks, III (Cindi) of DuQuion, Illinois.; his sister Evelyn "Evie" Banks (Rich Hart) of Chesterfield; his grandchildren, William Arthur Banks IV, Reed Jensen (Marissa) and Ellie Stonecipher (Zach); and his stepgrandchildren, Chad Carroll and Raylee Carroll. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Memorials can be made to the Fredericktown United Methodist Church or the Fredericktown R-1 Foundation.
