He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur Banks, Sr. and Mabel Evelyn Banks (Hinch). He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann English; his son William "Chip" Arthur Banks, III (Cindi) of DuQuion, Illinois.; his sister Evelyn "Evie" Banks (Rich Hart) of Chesterfield; his grandchildren, William Arthur Banks IV, Reed Jensen (Marissa) and Ellie Stonecipher (Zach); and his stepgrandchildren, Chad Carroll and Raylee Carroll. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
