He is survived by: his wife Victoria Marie Kennon; his children, Kyle Shawn Wampler of Oklahoma City and Alicia Marie Smallen (Christopher) of Fredericktown; his granddaughter Carli Lane Smallen of Fredericktown; his siblings, Mark Wampler of Park Hills, Missouri, Susan King of Potosi and Vicky Donovan of Park Hills; and his half-siblings, Ronnie Wampler of Park Hills and Lana Wampler of Missouri.
