He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard John "Ben" and Louise Marie Berhorst (Bock); his granddaughter Molly Woodward; and his siblings, Betty Ann Redel, Mary Louise Bagneschi, Virgina Berhorst and Bernard "Jack" John Berhorst.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Terri Woodward of Freeburg, Shawn Berhorst (Jill) of Freeburg, Benjamin Berhorst (Erin) of Freeburg and Rodney Berhorst (Beth) of Freeburg; his grandchildren, Taylor Hawkes (Tanner), Kaylie Woodward (Nick Jurd), Dawson Woodward, Roselyn Berhorst, Ava Berhorst, Lucy Berhorst, Benjamin Berhorst, Charlie Berhorst, Parker Berhorst, Cooper Berhorst and Spencer Berhorst; his great grandchildren, Cohen Hawkes and Ada Hawkes; his sister Patricia Dvorak; and his sister-in-law Jean Berhorst.
