She was predeceased by: her parents, John Herbert and Rosetta Christina Williams (Wagner); her husband Bob; her son Mike Eugene Bland; and her brothers, Steve Williams, John Herbert Williams Jr., Emory Clinton Williams and Irb Clayton Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Welschmeyer (Kenneth), Rex Bland (Misty), Mark Bland (Angie) and Luke Bland; her siblings, Otto Williams (Wanda) and Annabelle Franks (Vienna); and her stepson Robert Bland, Jr. (Cindy). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
