She is survived by: her husband Mike Tolbert; her sons, Shannon Riggs (Marla) and Jeremy Riggs (Whitney); her sister Linda Gregory; and her grandchildren, Katelin Kaser (Dwight), Jalen Riggs, Gracin Riggs, Jace Riggs, Mateo Hammond, Walker Riggs and Arlee Riggs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and many friends.
