He was predeceased by : his parents, Dale Tourtelot and Warrena Tourtelot (Smith); and his daughter Jody Tourtelot. He is survived by : his wife Billie Ruth Tourtelot (Arrowood); his children, Staci Walker (Paul Staudenmaier) of Bendena and Heath Walker (Delisa) of Carl Junction; his grandchildren, Britt Cacopardo (Kaitlyn) of Carl Junction, Rien Cacopardo (Jamie) of Carthage, Haden Walker (Alyssa) of Joplin, Lauren Peters (Keagan) of Carl Junction, Jade Walker (Bailey) of Webb City, Josie Walker of Denver, CO and Langlee Walker of Webb City; his great grandchildren, Linkyn, Ledger, Lawson, Grace, Jericah, Marley, Harper and Bennett; and his brother David Tourtelot (Cindy) of Joplin.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Joplin Junior Golf care of Parker Mortuary.
