He is survived by: his children, Kim Moore (Bruce), Shannon Crawford (Todd), Scott Howard (Rachel) and Joel Howard (Angie); his grandchildren, Seth Crawford (Katie), Maggie England (Jack), Jessica Oveys (Hossein), Tyler Howard (Mika) and Josh Howard; and his pet Fred. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
