He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jane McFerron (Moon) and Arthur McFerron. He is survived by: his wife Julie Neely; his children, Dr. Brian Arthur McFerron (Nancy) of Indianapolis and Dr. Ashley McFerron Brittner (Leonard) of Lake Oswego; his grandchildren, Benjamin Arthur McFerron and Dez Brittner; and his mother-in-law Maggie Neely.
The family has asked that memorial contributions be made to McFerron Family Nursing Endowment at NEO A&M College, the Fairland United Methodist Church, Backpack Program, or Teachers Toolbox at the Episcopal Church in Miami.
