He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Ann Neal; and his granddaughter Kayla Ann Burgett. He is survived by: his children, Dale Wright (Cheryl) of Fremont, MO and Anna Burgett (Steve) of North Fairfield, OH; and his grandchildren, Steve Burgett III, Caleb Burgett, Emily Burgett and LeeAnne Wright. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
