He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mackley and Margaret Mackley (Andrews); and his son Lauren Mackley (Jen). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mackley; his daughter Kenesha Boone (Jim); his stepchildren, Amanda Garriott, Charity Saleny (Roger), Regina Taylor (Jason), Sabrina Dudley and Brian Wells-Lewis; his siblings, David Mackley, Bob Mackley, Carl Mackley and Carla Mackley; and his grandchildren, Isiah and Tressa. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Dean's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
