She was predeceased by: her parents, James Richard Barnes and Delores Jean Barnes (Hoover). She is survived by: her husband Robert Grant "Rocky" Maddox; her sons, Alvin Grant Maddox (Cyndi) of Fulton and Clinton Dale Maddox (Holly) of Ashland; her siblings, James Edward Barnes (Teresa) of Rich Hill, Eddie Lee Barnes (Madonna) of Fulton, Dennis Dale Barnes (Ashley) of Fulton and Sandra Sue McGaughey of Fulton; and her grandchildren, Hayden Grant Maddox, Zachary Mertin Maddox and Callie Marie Maddox.

Memorial donations are suggested to Maupin Funeral Home for a fund to be set up for Debbie's grandchildren, 301 Douglas Boulevard, Fulton, MO 65251.
