He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Stassel and Lillian Stassel (Sandberg); his wife Barbara L. Stassel (Cohrs); and his brother Fred L. Stassel (Jean). He is survived by: his sons, Donald Joel Stassel (Marilee), Carl Noel Stassel (Carrie) and Matthew Todd Stassel (Joy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
