It is with sadness that the passing of James A. Barton of Fulton, Missouri is shared. James, born on July 18, 1946, passed away on June 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Barton and Stella Barton (Koch); and his brothers, Milton and Glennon Barton. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Rhodes; his children, Jamie Barton, Jr. of Readsville, MO and Julie Elizabeth Adamson (Rodney) of Clarksville; his grandson Justin Adamson (Kristina); his great grandchildren, Hollis and Reese; and his sisters, Patsy Tousant, Virginia Engelbrecht and Mary Williams. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the St. Alexander Catholic Church.
