She was predeceased by : her parents, Billy Dean and Kay Lynne Bates (Love). She is survived by : her husband James Stiers; her daughters, Gracie Amado and Julie Amado of Wisconsin; her brothers, Billy Ray Bates of Auxvasse and James Eric Bates (Kendra) of Mokane; her nephews, Kevin Mason Bates of Auxvasse and Aiden Ray Parrott of Fulton; and her niece Taylor Juarez (Arlannah) of Columbia.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Arnold Funeral Home (425 S Jefferson St, Mexico, MO 65265). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
