He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Samantha Amrein (Brandon) and Austin Johnson (Kayla); his brother Randy Johnson (Pamela); his stepparents, John Sudbrock and Anne Johnson; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Raelynn, Amara and Scarlett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
