She is survived by: her parents, Steven Johnson and Vicki Johnson (Reich); her husband Tim Underwood; her daughters, Allison Stephenson (Zak), Natalie Underwood and Layla Underwood; her brother Mark Johnson (Hannah); her grandchild Lainey Stephenson; her niece Noa Johnson; and her mother-in-law Carolyn Underwood. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
