He was predeceased by: his parents, David Gillispie and LaJohna Gillispie (Martin); and his nephew Austin M. Cote. He is survived by: his wife Janice Gillispie (Cote); his stepson Andrew Lindner; his brother Keenan Gillispie (Lisa); and his nieces and nephews, Keenan Gillispie (Rachel), Keya Cote, Stephanie Cote, Jonathan Cote, Justin Cote, Zachary Bourque, Parker Cote, Caitlin Cote, Kristin Cote, Hailey Belin (Corbin), Jacob Cote and Jordan Cote.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Maupin Funeral Home (301 Douglas Blvd, Fulton, MO 65251). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
