She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Summers and Alma Friedrich (Huffman); her son Kenneth Allen Jr.; her former husband Kenneth Allen; her husband Clyde Womack; her brother Rocky Wayne Summers; her brother-in-law Carald Riley; and her grandson Michael Carlin.
She is survived by: her children, Laura "Laurie" Allen Nichols, Kendale Allen and John Allen; her grandchildren, Kenneth Allen III, Matthew Allen (Kim), Eli Nichols and Addison Allen; her great grandchild Keyleth Allen; and her siblings, Neda Rea Riley, Elizabeth Ann Gill, Jeanette Rose Friedrich and Billy Harold Summers. She is also survived by stepchildren and step-grandchildren.
