He was predeceased by : his parents, Jesse Twitchell and Helen Twitchell (Salmons); his son Timothy Eugene Meadows; and his sister-in-law Arenda Sue Witt. He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Twitchell (Witt); his children, Tammie (Kevin), Brian (Megan) and Dustin (Melissa); his grandchildren, Shawn (Amber), Dane, McKayla (Josh), Makyjah, Abby, Annabelle, Aubrielle, Dalton, Peyton, Lacey, Eric and Alyssa; and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Tuff, Jameson, Mia and Vance.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the VFW Hall. Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Maupin Funeral Home - Fulton (301 Douglas Blvd, Fulton, MO 65251). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
