She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Maddex and G. Aletha Maddex (Blackburn Beumer); her husband Elmer Bryant, Jr. (Bud); and her brother Robert E. Maddex Jr.. She is survived by: her former husband Walter Y. Cross; her children, Mark Cross (Nancy), Michael Cross, DeAnne Nigus (Bill) and Colleen "Corky" Schrier; her sister-in-law Betty Maddex; her grandchildren, Patrick Cross (Jennifer), Rachel Cross, Caitlin Cross, Keith Nigus (Jena), Jordan Nigus (Sammi) and Mara Dowling (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Owen, Prudence, Breckan, Jericho, Elias, Jameson and Peyton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
