He is survived by: his father Clarence Palmer; his wife Linda Palmer; his children, Darrel Wilmsmeyer (Manda) of Fulton, MO, Melvin Wilmsmeyer of Fulton, MO and Donna Landers (Mike) of Fulton, MO; his grandchildren, Audrey Wilmsmeyer (Derek Todd), Levi Wilmsmeyer, Laci Wilmsmeyer (Dylan), Brooke Phillips (Drew), Chase Phillips (Emma), Rylee Landers, Dalton Ford and Jaedon Ford of Fulton, MO; his great grandchildren, Faith Onstott, Haven Onstott and Elizabeth Crowder of Fulton, MO; his siblings, Larry Palmer of St Joseph, MO, Paul Palmer of St Joseph, MO, Jimmy Dale of St Joseph, MO, Donna Cunningham (Bobby) and Roberta Good (Dale) of St Joseph, MO; and his family, Alfred Lechner, Hannah Thomas (Caleb), Holden Lechner (Dakota) and Paige Lechner.
